Starting this year, we are excited to announce the addition of online registration! While many of you are currently in our old system, we are asking that every family completes registration forms to be added to our new student management platform.

Here are a few tips to help get you started:

• Our new system uses email addresses to identify individuals. Please use YOUR primary email address to register your child or children. When prompted to enter a name, please use your CHILD'S name, not your own. You can register multiple children under the same email address and we will add them all to a unique household.
• There are generally two places to enter your child's name on each form. The first location is at the top of the form and is used when receive a notification that your form has been submitted. The second is at the bottom of the form, but will not appear until you fill in your email address that is associated with your child. Once an email address has been submitted, you will be given name selection buttons to choose the child for the form submission.
• Please start with the student profile form, this will help establish a base account for the remaining form entries.
• Some form submission may generate an email to confirm that you have submitted an information addition or change. You can simply click the confirm button in the email to verify the submission.

Medical and Information Disclosure / Release Forms:

Our medical and information release forms will still require a parent signature and will need to be downloaded. You will see buttons below to download these form to complete. Once completed, you may scan these forms and send them back to the office, or bring them by the school. Once we receive the forms, they will be uploaded to your child's profile.
